Plumati uses a small number of cookies and similar browser storage to keep you signed in, keep the studio secure and remember your preferences. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
What we use
- Sign-in and session — keeps you authenticated in the studio and your account area. Strictly necessary.
- Security — protects sign-in and forms against abuse and cross-site request forgery. Strictly necessary.
- Preferences — remembers your language (English, French, Arabic), light or dark theme, and whether the studio sidebar is open.
- Checkout — when you buy a plan, Paddle, our payment processor, sets its own cookies to run the checkout and detect fraud.
What we do not use
No advertising cookies, no ad networks, no cross-site tracking, and no selling of browsing data. We do not build advertising profiles from your reading or writing activity.
How long they last
Session cookies disappear when you close the browser. Sign-in and preference storage lasts until it expires or you sign out or clear your browser data — typically up to 12 months.
Controlling cookies
You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings at any time. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will stop sign-in, saving and checkout from working. Preference storage can be cleared without losing your books, which live in your account.
